Everyone was best and excellent. The location was quiet, away from the coast, in the very very nice area. Also, this hotel was situated 6 km from tourist destination like a historic water pump.

It was a delightful experience staying in a beautifully decorated and spacious room with a delicious breakfast, a large bathroom, and effective air conditioning, while the attentive staff provided excellent service.

The American breakfast included a good choice of meals. I had an impressive, spacious room with a mini-bar, flat-screen television, and a dining area. the staff were excellent and amiable all the time. the hotel had a quiet and perfect location really close to the bars and the center.

The beds here were like sleeping on a cloud, so comfy! the rooms were massive, like you could dance in there if you wanted to. Plus, being close to the pier for check out, as well as bars and spas, was super convenient 👌.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. The location was great, just a short stroll away from the bars and spas. We also enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lighting near the pool area was not functioning properly, which made it difficult to enjoy it at night.

The rooms were huge, comfortable and clean. the location was great, providing easy access to the beach and restaurants. the private pool was definitely a plus, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time in the sun. it was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

There were some minor issues that could be improved, such as the lack of bath amenities and the slow Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to stay connected. there was a bit of noise from the surrounding area, but that is understandable considering the hotel's location in the heart of the city.

I stayed at Gili Khayangan for 6 nights with some friends and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The villa itself was spacious, with comfy beds and a good shower. The air conditioning and open area were great, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to sunset beach and a short walk or bike ride to turtle beach. The presence of a bike rental and small boutique next door was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being in the middle of the island. It is away from the Harbor but still easily accessible by bike. the rooms are well-equipped with a TV, a large dining table big enough for a family, and a fridge freezer. the staff provides excellent service, and breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The pool could be cleaner, although this didn't affect the overall experience.

This accommodation is not suited for light sleepers as it is located near a busy area which can be quite noisy at times. the hotel has a great location tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It's not too close to the harbor where boats come and go constantly, but also not too far from the center of the island. it is ideally located between the shallow and deep areas of the island, making it great for swimmers. the rooms are clean and serviced well with fluffy pillows, comfortable beds, and a good bathroom. the front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The food options could be better and more diverse.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with cold towels and a refreshing drink upon arrival. The location is perfect, situated close to the center of the island but far away from the noisy mosque. We also loved that it was between the shallow and deep areas, away from the harbor. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool which we shared with only a few other rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always on hand to help with transportation and parking.
